လန်ဒန်ဝိဟာရ၊ မဟာစည်သာသနာ့ရိပ်သာ မှ ဆရာတော်များသည် သတိပဋ္ဌာန် ဝိပဿနာ တရားများကို December Christmas holiday & weekend (၇) ရက်တရားစခန်းကို (Dec 25th to 31st) မနက် (၈) နာရီ မှ ညနေ (၆) နာရီထိ၊ Dec 31st ညနေ (၄) နာရီ တရားဟောပြီး တရားစခန်းသိမ်းပါမည်။ သို့ဖြစ်ပါသောကြောင့် သတိပဋ္ဌာန် ဝိပဿနာ တရားများကို ကျင့်ကြံ ကြိုးစား ပွားများ အားထုတ်လိုသော ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များသည် မဟာစည်သာသနာ့ရိပ်သာ၌ လာရောက်၍ အားထုတ်နိုင်ပါကြောင်း အသိပေး နှိုးဆော်အပ်ပါသည်။ zoom မှ တရားအားထုတ်မည့်ယောဂီများအား ID & Passcode ကိုတရားစခန်းမစမှီ တစ်ရက်ကြိုတင် ပို့ပေးပါမည်။ ၈ ပါးသီလဆောက်တည်ရပါမည်။ ဆရာတော်များ၏ ဩဝါဒများကို လိုက်နာကြရမည်။

Sayadaws at the London Mahasi Sasana Yeiktha will be offering guidance on Satipatthana Vipassana Meditation during the December Christmas holiday & weekend 7 days retreat (Dec 25th to 31st), from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day. On 31st Dec, the retreat would finish at 4pm. We warmly invite those who are committed to deepening their Vipassana meditation practice to participate in this special retreat. This is a valuable opportunity for sincere practitioners to dedicate time and effort in a supportive monastic environment. For yogis who will be joining the retreat via Zoom, the meeting ID and passcode will be sent one day in advance, before the retreat begins.
