Daily Activities : Zoom Evening Meditation Sessions
Every evening there is a meditation session from 7pm to 8pm followed by Dhamma talk on Sundays by Kammaṭṭhānācariya Sayadaw from Depeyin, Venerable Thu Min Ga La (Mahasi Nayaka Sayadaw- Domestic and International).

Note: Retreat start at 8am and finish at 6pm on Saturday & finish at 4pm on Sunday
